Verdict Good: The Reebok CrossFit Nano XV is a solid all-around indoor gym shoe with good stability for lifting, comfortable enough for extended wear, and versatile enough for rope climbs, carries, drags, and short runs. Durability is about what you’d expect from a Nano — replace annually with heavy CrossFit use. Sizing is true to size.

After using the Reebok CrossFit Nano XV as a primary training shoe, I’ve found it to be a reliable, well-rounded gym shoe that handles most CrossFit demands well. It has become my go-to shoe for daily gym sessions. While Nanos can be hit-or-miss year to year, the XV is a good, dependable option for typical CrossFit use.

The Good ✅

• Excellent stability for heavy lifting and strength work.
• Comfortable enough to wear for long training sessions without major issues.
• Performs well for rope climbs, carries, drags, and short distance runs inside the gym.
• True to size with a secure fit overall.
• Solid durability for regular CrossFit training (expect to replace yearly with heavy use).

The Not Good ❌

• Some inconsistency in Nano models year to year — you never know exactly what you’re going to get.
• Durability can vary between pairs.
• Not great on mixed surfaces — best on rubberized gym floors, struggles in grass or dirt.
• This particular pair had a bit of heel slip around the ankle (can usually be fixed by tying tighter).
