Verdict Good: This is one of the cleanest whey protein isolates I’ve tried. The flavors are decent, it mixes easily into a light, refreshing drink, and it’s very easy on an empty stomach. I’ve been taking this consistently for several months and am feeling great — lifts are going up and recovery is well supported.

After using MusclePharm Pro Series Clear ISO as my daily protein for the past several months, I’ve been impressed by how easy it is on my stomach compared to most other whey isolates. It has become my go-to post-workout and morning shake. While no protein is perfect, this is currently one of the best clear whey options I’ve found. If you know a better one, please comment below!
The Good ✅
- Very easy to digest on an empty stomach — almost no bloating or discomfort.
- Flavors are fine and refreshing (light juice-like texture instead of thick milky shakes).
- Consistent use has supported good strength gains and solid recovery.
- Provides 20g whey isolate plus added BCAAs, glutamine, and EAAs in a fast-absorbing formula.
