Brooks Cascadia 19 GTX

Brooks Cascadia 19 GTX
Our Review
Verdict Not Good: After testing the Brooks Cascadia 19 GTX for walking, running, and rucking on mixed terrain, these shoes fell short.
The Good ✅
- Brooks customer service and their 90-day “Try It On” guarantee are outstanding.
- I’m normally a fan of Brooks products and appreciate their overall quality and support.
The Not Good ❌
- The shoes run noticeably narrow, especially in the toe box and outer sole, causing almost immediate foot cramping during walking, running, and rucking.
- The cramping did not improve after multiple wears and different activities.
- Overly padded midsole feels mushy and unstable when navigating mixed terrain (grass, gravel, pavement, and obstacles).
- Lack of stability made them feel insecure under load.
- Only available in very limited color options.
